Terms and conditions (for businesses)

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must be the owner, manager or the person who can make these kind of decisions or has been asked by one of the above.

  • You make your own deals. Please state clearly what you are offering. Include any special offers, promotions but also exemption days. ie. Not including Friday & Saturdays. Valentines day etc.

  • Please be clear if you would like the customer to pre-book or mention The People's Card when enquiring.

  • You will get your own allocated page on our website. You can give us the following info - a logo, any images, a description of your offer, a bit of blurb, opening times, contact details, website, social media links and phone numbers. We will design your page as we see fit.

  • You call the shots... You can leave any time. Just let us know via email. 

  • Your deal or offer will stay the same unless you say otherwise.  

  • If any of your details change, please let us know so we can update our records and website.

  • If you have a shop window or display unit and would like a window sticker, let us know. 

  • Make sure the customer has their membership card and check the expiry date is still valid. If you are a service that the customer orders on the phone or online and you suspect they might not have The People's Card or it may have run out. Please call me (Kelly) to check. I have all the names of the members and expiry dates. 

  • You, the business may ask for some identification. This might be because you want to confirm the person using the offer is the card owner and has membership to the club.

  • We will not share or pass any of your personal information or data to anyone or any third parties.  

  • Once we have updated the website with your allocated page with your offer and details, please check these are correct, if there is an error, please let us know and we will correct it.

  • We aim to help, assist and work with you, please let us know if you are not happy with anything or would like to give some feedback. We appreciate you coming on board and look forward to working together. We Care, We Share.
